Maintain & Strengthen Your Immunity – A recipe from my mother for Diabetics

If you have a weak immune system due to diabetes, that doesn’t mean you are doomed to a life of chronic illness. There are ways you can strengthen your immune system. One way is to exercise at home. Exercise is a drug-free money-free option, & isn’t just for those who have a poor immune system. It treats a variety of health problems and may bolster your health. Physical activity improves immunity.
The primary way physical activity strengthens the immune system is by getting individuals to engage in regular exercise, which promotes cardiovascular health. Cardiovascular health contributes to a healthy immune system. For example, Physical activity may help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways. This may reduce your chance of getting a cold, flu, or other illness. The brief rise in body temperature during and right after exercise may prevent bacteria from growing. Exercise slows down the release of stress hormones. Some stress increases the chance of illness. Hence, we could say that lower stress hormones may protect against illness.
To optimize immunity, it is recommended that we have a healthy diet and proper sleep in addition to consistent physical activity. India is a nation with highly potent medicinal plants.
